DESCRIPTION:Following the inspiring visit from Glen Danbury\, we’ve been invited to Potential One Gym for a special behind-the-scenes visit and a fun taster session. \nCome along to explore the gym\, meet the team\, and take part in a short\, friendly workout led by Glen. He’ll run a mini session demonstrating simple strength training exercises and show how they can be adapted to suit all ages and abilities—so everyone can give it a go and feel the benefits. \nWhat to bring: \n\n\nLoose\, comfortable clothing \n\n\nTrainers (if you have them) \n\n\nA bottle of water \n\n\nIt’s a great chance to try something new\, boost your confidence\, and see how strength training can support health and wellbeing.
