Early Birds June Meeting – Chris Churchman – Losing  our  Landscapes

Our speaker this month is Chris Churchman who will talk about environmental stewardship. Ex  Landscape  Architect  Chris  Churchman assesses  the  changes  that are  happening  to the  landscape that  we cherish  and love.  While  Climate  Change  is certainly a  big  factor it is  far from  being the only  one,  other  forces are  policy,  delivery  of  green energy,  an  ageing  farming  workforce,  inheritance  tax,  our  changing  diet.  In order  to understand  our landscape Chris has  just  walked  across it, from Lowestoft  to  Pembrokeshire,  so  he has seen  first  hand  how it  is evolving.
